About the job:
We’re hiring a full time Dispatcher to join our growing residential service team. In this role, you will actively manage technician schedules inside ServiceTitan, and communicate heavily with both customers and field technicians.
Your decisions will directly impact efficieny, revenue per truck, and overall customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving puzzles, thinking strategically, and influencing daily performance outcomes.
Pay and Schedule
Pay: $20 to $40 per hour, based on experience
Additional earnings: commissions, spiffs, seasonal overtime
Schedule: 11:00 AM to 7 PM
What you will do:
Build and manage technician routes based on skillset, revenue opportunity and geography
Support customer scheduling needs with professionalism and empathy
Dispatch technicians to jobs accurately and efficiently
Monitor schedules throughout the day and adjust for emergencies, delays, and last-minute changes
Communicate job details, updates, and expectations clearly to technicians and customers
Help maintain organized records (customer notes, invoices, job details, and follow-ups)
Process customer payments and support overdue follow-up as needed
Support dispatch software usage (ServiceTitan experience preferred) and assist with system improvements
Pitch in with additional office support tasks as the team grows
Lead by example and support teammates as needed to uphold quality and customer experience.
What you bring:
Strong ServiceTitan experience
Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills (verbal and written) and strong listening skills
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving instincts
Comfortable using software tools (Google Workspace or MS Office); dispatch software experience a plus (especially ServiceTitan)
Familiarity with service terminology (plumbing/HVAC) is helpful
