Plumbing Inspection
We will complete an plumbing safety inspection, tag all important plumbing fixtures and complete a safety check on all your gas appliances
Our memberships are billed automatically each month for your convenience. If you choose to cancel before 12 months and have already used the services included, you will be responsible for paying the full standard price of those services.
Heating Tune Up (Gas only)
Burner inspection and cleaning
Ignition/igniter inspection and cleaning
Fan inspection
Clean water lines as needed (sight glass, pig tales, filters, etc)
Check system for air (hydronic)
Check safety systems (limit switches)
Water pressure test
Check temperature performance
Inspect air intake and exhaust/flue
AC Tune Up
Condenser coil inspection and water cleaning
Evaporator coil inspection and cleaning
Blower motor inspection
Air flow inspection
Flush condensate line
Check refrigerant level
Inspect electrical connections
Calibrate thermostat
Cooling performance inspection
Filter change (customer provided)
