This October, Every Service Helps Support the Fight Against Breast Cancer
At Boston Budget Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, we believe taking care of our community means more than taking care of plumbing and HVAC systems.
Throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our team is going pink to help raise awareness, encourage conversations about breast health and early detection, and support people and families affected by breast cancer.
During the month of October, every completed service visit will help us give back. We are also giving a local individual or family impacted by breast cancer the opportunity to receive up to $3,000 toward a new water heater or heating system.
Because when someone in our community is going through a difficult time, families help families.

Boston Budget is donating $10 for every completed service job during October to Susan G. Komen.

Every submission represents a local person or family whose life has been impacted by breast cancer.
Every Service Gives Back
Your Service Call Can Help Make a Difference
Throughout October, Boston Budget Plumbing, Heating & Cooling will donate $10 from every completed service job to Susan G. Komen.
There is nothing extra customers need to purchase and no additional donation required. When our team completes a service job during October, $10 goes toward our campaign donation.
That means the plumbing, heating, cooling, or electrical service your home already needs can become part of something bigger.
At the end of the month, we will total the completed service jobs and make our campaign donation to Susan G. Komen.
Breast cancer can affect much more than a person's health. It can affect a family's time, finances, routines, and sense of normalcy.
This October, we want to help make home a little more comfortable for someone in our local community.
Boston Budget Plumbing, Heating & Cooling will provide up to $3,000 toward a new water heater or heating system for a local individual or family impacted by breast cancer.
If you or someone you know has been affected by breast cancer and could benefit from this support, we invite you to share the story with us.
How It Works
1. Submit a nomination beginning October 1, 2026.
Tell us who you are nominating and share a short description of their story and how this gift could help.
2. Submissions will be accepted throughout October.
Our team will review the stories submitted during the campaign.
3. The selected beneficiary will be announced November 5, 2026.
Boston Budget will provide the selected recipient with up to $3,000 toward an eligible new water heater or heating system.
4. The benefit must be used by June 1, 2027.

Why Breast Cancer Awareness Matters
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an opportunity to support people affected by breast cancer while reminding the people we care about that awareness and screening matter.
Knowing your personal risk, understanding what is normal for your body, and talking with a health care provider about the screening plan that is right for you can all play an important role in breast health.
Screening can help find breast cancer before symptoms appear, which is why staying informed and having conversations with your health care provider matters.

Why Our Team Is Wearing Pink Booties
A Small Change That Starts an Important Conversation
Our team will be wearing pink shoe covers throughout the month as a visible reminder of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
We already wear protective shoe covers because treating your home with care matters to us. For October, turning them pink gives that everyday part of our service a bigger purpose.
We hope they start conversations, raise awareness, and remind the families we visit that no one affected by breast cancer should feel like they are facing it alone.
